IMPERIAL
DESCRIPTION
This series of high quality profiles with thermal break is applicable where more severe standards for acoustic and thermal insulation are required. The profiles for this series are constructed of 2 hollow extrusions separated from one another by polyamide strips PA 6.6.25 reinforced with glass fibre. An additional radiation barrier in the form of a strip in the same material provides the 3 chamber system.

SUPERIAL
The SUPERIAL is a system with three air-cells and enhanced thermal insulation. Owing to the thermal break, a special fiberglass reinforced multipart-cell isolation made of PA 6.6.25 polyamide, the structure complies with UR < 2.0 W/m2K value, thus complies with the DIN4108 standard 1.0 frame group. Profile depth is 75 mm of window frames and fixed windows and 84 mm of windows sashes. The SUPERIAL system is based on other thermal insulted systems' structures, glazing clamps and reinforcements. The structures also provides outstanding acoustic features. Glazing thickness is available between 14 and 61 mm.

ECONOLINE
Econoline is a system with no thermal insulation for fixed and opening structures. It is also suitable for building indoor walls with windows. 51 mm of profile depth, which is 6 mm more than the widely used depth, improves designing freedom and eases the constructors work. The system is capable of accepting glazing with wall thickness between 3 and 38 mm. Econoline is compatible with other Aliplast systems, glazing clamps, insulations and reinforcements are similar

SUPERGLIDE
Superior thermal insulated and strong dual hollow aluminium horizontal sliding system with thermal beads. Suitable for light/medium/heavy duty commercial applications and domestic areas requiring extreme performance. Thermal break: The profile consist of two aluminium extrusions which are separated from one another by polyamide strips PA 6.6.25 reinforced with glass fibre. A gluing thread, rolled and pushed in together with the thermal break profile, ensures a strong adhesion after melting and flowing when the profiles are heated in the hardening furnace. Built-in depth: outer frame 166mm. Glazing: from 4 to 38mm. Wheels: Aliplast. Hardware: Sobinco. Max. sash weight: 200kg. Wheels: PVC. Double rail: Aluminium. Different combinations: 2-, 3-, 4- and 6- parted.
MONORAIL- similar system to Superglide. It is used as a part of terraces, verandas and winter gardens. It is possible to fix the glass fillers directy in the construction frame which has positive impact on economical calculation of the system.

SLIDE PLUS
A system of slide doors with thermo isolation. Frame profile is three-chamber, the leaf only one-chamber. The frame has extruded sliding gateway fixed on the bottom part, on which the whole construction is rotating. Thickness of used glass fillers is between 6-9mm and 20-24mm. Edges can be optionally screwed or pressed. This system is popular mainly in Western and Southern Europe thanks to its appearance and characteristics.

PANORAMA
A three chamber folding door system with thermal insulation that enables arrangement of wide open passageways. The visual thickness of profiles in use has been reduced to give the design a light look. A new design of integrated hardware: one hinge with the bottom truck, one hinge with the grip and handles at a low height (reduce the overall dimensions of the assembled structure). The new hardware improve the functionality of design.
